What do you want to see from gaming in the future?

Certain games, idea's, concepts, etc, I want to know what you want to see.

For me, I want to see a REAL sequel to Fallout 2. I want it to have the same style as it. I didn't like the First Person/Third Person stuff to it that much.

Also, I want to see any future Serious Sam games beat any future Call of Duty games in sales.

Well I've always wanted to see a good sniping game done right, but it's not everyone's thing and I can't see a good game coming out of it. But I can always dream.
 
I would love a Star-Wars Battlefront 3, or a HD remake of Battlefront 2... it'll probably never happen though...RIP Pandemic :(
 
I want to see another Star Wars Republic Commando.

As for the gaming industry as a whole, developers need to spend more time making the game and once it's done and over decide if they should create dlc. Also map packs should be banned because they segregate the community.

Wasn't there a new Serious Sam game shown off at E3 this year? Maybe that will be the one! :thumbup1:
 
I was dying for the longest time for a Luigi's Mansion 2, I saw a new one announced for the 3DS so I'm reeeaaaalllllllllllyyyyyyyy excited :D. Also a HUGE fan of the Metal Gear series cant wait for the future releases and the remake of snake eater!

There was and I'm awaiting it at the moment, but I just think people are still glued to the repetitiveness of CoD games since MW2.
 
LucasArts to revive the X-Wing, Tie-Fighter series.

With that said, another Freelancer or similar game would be great.

Maybe even Crimson Skies?
 
A sequel to Freedom Fighters, maybe if we're lucky a Psychonauts' sequel.

Psychonauts doesn't need a new sequel. The game ended with out any really anything to warrant a sequel. I do believe they need to repackaged this game for the modern consoles because there are thousands of young gamers being deprived the awesomeness that is this game.
 
Well, I want to see the end of the annual re-release of Call of Duty, or at least some effort put into the games to change them up. What happened to that "action-adventure" CoD? That sounded kind of interesting.

I'd also like to see development for multiplatform games become a process that starts with a game that is developed and optimized for PC and then is brought over to the consoles, which have more limitations as opposed to fewer, which means that you get the same quality on a console as you normally would have and extra bonus stuff on a PC.

I also want to see Half-life 2 Episode 3, or if the wait has been for a really good reason, Half-life 3.

And while I'm at it, I'd like to see flawless virtual reality and game developing software that is both extraordinarily user friendly and infinitely versatile...
 
A True Open World MMOFPS like Planetside.:laugh:
 
Lord of the Rings: The White Council - Cancelled Project.

An open world Lord of the Rings single player RPG. LOTRO is good, but mmo's just aren't as good imo, too much grind.

War in the North is coming out later this year and looks good, but it still isn't the same as an open world game.
