Thanks everyone! I've used most of the techniques listed and it has helped me TREMENDOUSLY! My new favorite Sniper weapon is the original Sniper Rifle because headshots are slowly becoming easier and easier to come by. Now...I wanna duel all you guys >

haha practice makes perfect yeah?
No way I could tell you were a new sniper Jeffrey. Was playing against you last night as "Hypertext Preprocessor" and you were doing awesome!
Thing that helps me out the most is to wait until I see someone zoom in and either move quickly to a side out of their crosshairs and take a quick shot, or wait a split second till after they shoot and zoom in before they start moving and try to headshot them. I only zoom in and charge up if no one is visiable and wait to hit people jumping off the battlements, but other than that always keep moving and always check the corners.
Red snipers have a huge advantage because they blend in well with the shadows both on the sniper deck and below, so when you are blue try to stay further to the right to avoid getting sniped by a cornoer sniper hiding in the shadows. Also between shots look at the walls around you and look for dots. Usually depending on where the dot is you can tell if someone is corner sniping and run in and quick shot them before they even know what hit them. This can get you accused of hacking because most people don't even think to look for dots.
Also the machette is your best friend! It has a high crit chance so don't be afraid to drop down off the sniper deck and chase someone in the front door and stab them in the back. Same goes for scouts, when you see them trying to jump up, try to move the the edge of the deck so you 1. block their jump and make them fall, and 2. swing at them and try to kill them in mid air.
When you see someone coming across the bridge you either want to stop or you kow they are going to jump up to get you, go stand behind a wall and charge the sniper rifle looking at the exit of the bridge. Point the crosshair over the water so they don't see the dot, then when they run past pop them in the head. I especially love doing this to heavies with medics, they don't expect it and it leaves the medic a sitting duck mid-bridge.
Another thing that helps me is to display the damage done. There's an option in the settings, so if you hit a sniper and know he's really low, but continues to snipe, jsut run out there and try to no-scope body shot him.
Lastly, if there's a sniper better than you on the server, SNIPE! The only way you will get better is to play people better than you, try to learn their movements and techniques and both counter and mimic them. You can't get better without playing better.
Good luck and hope to see you on the server!
Oh I forgot 1 more important tactic! (I'm sure there's more as well)
When you see someone is doing a lot of corner sniping, you can corner snipe as well. Though charge up and wait for them to come peaking out. You can aim for their arm as they are coming out from around the corner and score a 1 shot body shot kill on them before they even see you. Most the times they are trying to hit you on the head so even if they see your arm they aren't going to shoot yet because it wont be a kill shot unless they are charged.
