I played this before. Its a really fun game. It just didnt like dying and having to start all over again.

you dont start all over unless you run out of clones. all you loose is what was in you inventory. "you shouldnt have much in your inventory, always store stuff in storage" thats all. you can always go to someone in your faction and ask for more equipment. everyone helps eachother out. if you try and be a lone ranger then this game isint for you. make sure you have money for clones and that problem doesnt exist.

edit: first thing to do is join as many economy missions as possible, and you midlessly get a LOT of money, equipment, and XP at the start. i will help everyone get started if we all join the same faction. its just a matter of talking to the right people :)

Oh Maybe i just died more than i thought i did. All i know is i died once and didnt have anything i had earned. Can you buy clones without real money?

I am also re-downloading this as i type this. I will be playing when i get home..if my slow internet has finished the download. lol

you never need to spend a dime of real money. a free account can hold up to 10 clones at a time. and only allows 1,000 items in a storage facility on each planet. and when you die, you keep what was equiped, but lose everything in inventory. a free account only allows 20 items in inventory.

I've played this before.
-Created character
-Off to do missions
-Essentially get mugged
-tell local "cop" group about getting mugged
-mugger gives the cops my money
-I get killed by the cops
I was duped. It seems that many groups in this game do this. I would try the game again, but I would need to know if I could have some protection beforehand.

if you are rank 0, and noone knows you, this is going to happen if wander around. you need to talk to your faction and ask what you need to do. they will always help you. you cant play this by making a character, and just run around aimlessly. if we start an ego group, we could really do some damage.

There is only 1 server, and I was on the brotherhood of shadows. Ill have to remake my account since some people are thinking about playing this. You chose a faction and ill join it. Just tell me what you wanna do in the game and ill tell you what faction is best.

I tell you what. Make a character, join a faction, go straight to faction chat. Tell them your brand new to fom and someone will talk to you and get you setup. Ask a lot of questions. They worship new members. Get used to the game and ill get on it.

I can't play it right now because of my fractured wrist. But once I'm "cured" ill be on it non-stop.

Ok i joined the law enforcement. My name is epic fail. that way it is easy for eGO people to find me.

Okay, get on the led faction chat and have someone get you setup. Ill stay on the brotherhood. Its nice to have simeone on the inside when I go to new york. :)

in the chat window, click faction and type away.
im reinstalling now. ill get on and help you out.
ill be on vent.
