Why do they keep releasing new champions? Why not rework some of the older ones? Like the ones that are absolute garage... Sivir for instance.
Also, I never knew what the AP ratio was on Nidalee's heal and now I do and I can honestly say... Up yours Riot. 1.25?! Are you kidding? Do you hate us?

I think you missed it. I was talking about the previous ratio and wondering why it was even that high in the first place.

As i feel they should put more effort into re-balancing champs and making them more viable, their champion design team is it's own team and is separate from the balance team, which if you ask me sucks.
No PTR means all testing is internal and most rioters aren't very "good". I know a few people are high elo like classick but a few high solo queue players doesn't help much. Unless people like Elementz are secretly testing the game, we have no hope until they make a PTR again.
Their reason for the xin nerf? Because he was too good for low elo players. So instead of them becoming better, riot is catering them. Like holding their hand to the next swing set.
As for the nidalee healing, ever since i started playing she always had that huge healing ratio. But back then she was considered lackluster.

Just dumb how they buffed Nidalee overall. Other than that, the patch was okay.
There is a test realm, it is just very exclusive now. Also the council you see on the forums have their own separate forums to discuss changes before the rest of the public.
TR consist of Q/A employee's from riot and a few senior wrenchman. I talked to someone about it.
