The Back to Karkand pack isn't supposed to be released with the game. It's coming later from what I remember.

I'm in the same boat, but I wouldn't say that long. Try about ,at most, 15 hours; as long as it is a steady steam, it will end up being that time.

The retail version is 10GB Install I believe the DLC/ Back to Karkand is 5 GB. available on its own after release. Last I read that is.
