One of these things could ONLY improve you game play when you think about it. When you play now you take risks, "Oh yeah I will go out and scout I will just re spawn." With this you don't think that way. See, when I play paintball I play cautiously and tactically because I don't want to get shot! If you put that experience in a video game you would not make such rash decisions deciding on whether your character lives or dies. All I'm saying is, with one of these things you would play a lot more tactically, like you are really getting shot.

They had rollers below his feet. it would be nice if you had a rifle with a sling and you could transition to the pistol when shooting.

when you paintball like that its no fun. its better to be reckless and push up but play smart when do it tho. but i can see your reasoning as well.
They could always lower the FPS on the paintballs (so you still feel it, but it doesn't really hurt). If I was loaded, I'd buy one of those...

Yeah, when your getting shot back, it changes how you approach the situation. Re-spawning in ten (10) seconds is one thing, but even in paintball, getting a baseball sized bruise makes a big difference, and when it means getting a hole put in you it really makes you check your hole card before you run boldly straight into enemy fire to rack up a high kill rate. Because no matter how many you get, they just got to get one (1).

yea i've had my fair share of paintball experiences and i completely agree. I was shot 20 yards in the back left a nasty welt. makes you not wanna rush and go for the kill shot

Have to agree. It keeps the realism, but DAMN, that would hurt after a couple hits.

eh...getting shot by a paintball isnt bad. once your adrenaline kicks in you dont feel a thing. hopefully the gun isnt over 280fps. anything over that is overkill and strongly advised not to play with.
