Hello Everyone,

You may have noticed this morning that TUNeGO™ was experiencing some technical difficulties. We have gotten all the kinks worked out and are streaming again! Tune in with us at www.tunego.com now! Remember, you can tune in on any eGO server by typing !radio in chat.

You can catch Barmy and Boktai's shows tonight at 5PM EST and 8PM EST!

Are you a DJ for the station?

I would like to DJ. I've been using winamp + Shoutcast dj'ing for 8 years now. Need a good station to occupy.

Thanks, all links are fully active, I will be up for any improvements.

If you want, I can put DJ's names on them if you will use them. e.g. "Barmy Army - tuneGO DJ".

Not to bring this off topic, are you able to add a link in there for the DJ Application?
 
I love TuneGO, it's great relieve when repairing sentries ;)
But I have a little wish. Could you possibly play more rock or classic rock? If there's anyone who wants to hear more rock, please back me up :)
 
You can request a song one of two way:

1. Come to the bottom of Ventrilo to the Radio Lobby and request it from the DJ doing the show.

2. Email your requests to [email protected]

Gotta say, just finished up the dj app & whoever created it did a really good job on it, esp for such a low-budget app.

Just out of curiosity, is there a way to request things from the bot that picks the songs when no one is DJ'ing? Not necessarily to request specific songs, but I think what Mahoney is getting at is that he'd like to see more rock and classic rock in the regular lineup, not just when someone is DJ'ing and taking requests.

The list I sent in is kind of the same thing - more along the way of suggestions and examples than a list of song "requests" to work through. If possible, it'd be great to see one in the lineup here and there, no request needed.

Yup, I'd like to hear more ACDC, Blue Oyster Cult, Theory of a Deadman, Guns 'n' Roses, Queen... I'm this kind of person, and I have always luck on some trance or disco :/ (I'm joining app. around 19:00 GMT+1 which is 13:00 EST I believe)

So if is there any possibility to juice it up a little with rock (I'm not saying only rock, I'm tolerable and I know someone likes trance, but on 2Fort, everytime there is rock on, people who have TuneGO enabled type in chat "Hooray it's the ......" etc. and then I usually see more people typing !radio. So I guess more balanced styles and genres would be really cool :)

Suggestion: Or make voting system where you can vote for actual genre/style and descending from the first will be more often played ;) I believe there is possibility to make mp3 with genre "burnt" within the file. If you want, send me some gigabyte and I'll do it for you ;)
 
Ah this is really good. My former clan had a radio which I was involved with, but this is much better organised :)
