Out of a pen

These can be pretty serious. I wouldn't recommend using one in a classroom. If you have a good rubber band, these can actually stick people. So be careful and have fun.

Although when i used to make them we would cut the end off of the tube and use that. get better accuracy.

nah man nah, what you do is forgo the pen thing and just use ayour fingers with a rubberband and piece of paper thats been folded over a few times

I used to do that back in the day, those were good times.
