Anyone else having issues patching? I started patching at 10:45 this morning, and now, at 4:00 PM, it just finished. It was downloading at 15 KBps the entire time.

Now before you try to act like cool kids and flame me, saying it's my internet. I assure you, it's not. I downloaded the installer for Notepad++ from Sourceforge at the same time and it downloaded at normal speeds for my connection.

So, is anyone else having this issue?

MY KINGDOM FOR MANUAL PATCH DOWNLOADS.
 
Disabling Peer to Peer Transfer in the Options usually helps.

If that doesn't work, I'm not entirely sure what to do other than possibly wait it out.
I've heard of people reinstalling Pando Media Booster to fix their problem, yet I have not had the need to try that out to see if it really works. So do that at your own risk.
 
I just remove Pando entirely. Its useless imo. Haven't had any problems in doing so.
 
I know awhile back, I wouldn't be able to surf the internet, but when I ended PMB.exe, it magically started working again.
 
The patcher used to have this problem where it would hang up and slow downloads to that speed. Restarting the patcher usually fixed it.
 
Pando Booster is only used in the initial installation of LoL. You can delete it now, btw.
