The Pyro lives with the Engineer?
This is more evidence to the dead-person-in-a-life-extender-machine and robot theories.
Although it could be that the Pyro simply did not have a home and the Engineer took him/her/it to live with him because he/she/it was so useful against spies.

THATS WHAT I THINK KINDA.

Pyro is a robot that was built by the engineer, thats why the rubber glove is a hat. The pyro can't talk cause his voice box or however a robot talks is busted, we're so smart.
 
I'm pretty sure they all live in the same house. The sniper's knife and Solly's nades are on the tree.

The grenades on the tree remind me of Tuna Christmas.

Not sure about that, considering Demoman has his own mansion, where he lives with his mom.
And Scout mentions his apartment in a blog.
Heavy lives somewhere in a log cabin where it's cold and snowing. (I don't think it's the same one as Engineer's.)
And Soldier lives in an apartment with his roommate, Merasmus the Magician.
Sniper has his camper van.

And that's all I can remember.
