I'm really not that good with my grammar and stuff.

Firstly, this is not talking about the newsltter. Often people mistake the two.
The newsletter is a monthly "article" where members write about each division and just sum up what's been happening. The news team is a team of people which edit news posts from leadership and create the artwork for the frontpage.

In this news post, Legend is asking people to write one-off articles to be posted on the frontpage such as Artimus' excellent post on flying in BF3.

If you have an interesting story then PM it to legend. Don't worry about the grammatical side of it much, just make sure it is legible and the fantastic people will do a good job of making sure everything is top notch if it selected for the frontpage.

Now, why are you still here, get writing those articles!

P.S. You might want to invest in a book which teaches you how to write correctly, I can assure you, good spelling will help you in real life when employers are looking for employees you. I have one myself but never get around to reading it.
