It was an incredible disappointment. ostfront 41-45 crushed it in almost every aspect. Also, the fact that the voice commands and voices in general are in English with TERRIBLE German/Russian accents is very annoying. It feels like the game in general has been dumbed down to appeal to those who uhm.. lack the intelligence to play the original.

Yea sorry Op:X fans, it just wasn't that great. Maybe if they had not released it in the manor they did you would see a larger player base for the game. Even after fixing some of the issues I don't see the game recovering from that release.

I love the game. There are some aspects that are annoying but it definitely sold the realism to me. It's one of those games I don't feel "safe" running around in. Which is partially why I don't play it as much as others.

I'd love to play it someday, but it isn't high enough on my list to allocate specific funds for it at the moment; other games catch more of my interest.

Its not as good as I was expecting it to be, but its an ok game.

This is pretty much how I felt. I expected good things from Tripwire, however after playing it on release it just didnt click with me.
