[MGR]

They are still working on the Beta and once everything is polished they will announce a release date and order information.

[private jackson]

is there a way to get the beta

[Raul Tha Monk]

How do u get a beta key?

[Trippey]

I know blackhawk sniper has a beta key he got from one of his family members that work at valve.

[MGR]

It's kind of a closed beta right now. Word has it that when the open beta comes out, everyone that owns cs:s will get a key.

[_Sushi]

Also, they said it would be coming out in Q1 2012.

It probably isn't.

anybody know the specs of it?

Needs moar jail

Needs moar jail

Exactly, if CS:GO doesn't support complex plug-ins, then I won't play it.

It's going to be able to support every mod css can and probably more.

[Cyclone]

How does it not? CS:S is oldur, CS:GO is newer, they have logic. I know it. MAYBE MOAR.

do you reckon ehh he could pull some strings:thumbup:

Agreed. It's newer, but it's still the source engine, meaning sourcemod will probably expand to include it, and most plug-ins will probably easily be able to be re-worked for it.

Phew, That's great to hear. That means I can now expect to play Jail with new Phoenix skins. :thumbup1:

Thanks for clearing that part up for me.

[Space Cakes]

my prediction is around november to december. thats around the time all anticipated games come out

[Dr. Doctor (inactive)]

anybody know the specs of it?

I would imagine same as portal 2, since that uses the most recent version of the source engine, thus has it's requirements.
