I'm going to wait for the reviews before buying it. It looks great; I saw some of the initial playthroughs on Gamespot, but you never know....

Yeah I am probably gonna wait as well, after looking back at the new AVP game It was fun but I have never played it more than once.

whoa whoa whoa. This game is nothing compared to AVP. GearBox is making this and they have not failed us once. It will be amazing. As for me I think I'm going to Preorder because it is so worth it!

I heard about this when the release date was supposed to be sometime in 2009 (that was late 2007, iirc) Might as well give it a go.

AH HA! That is where you are wrong. GearBox did NOT make Duke Nukem Forever! What they did is finish it. The game in fact was created by 3D Realms which went under during development. GearBox was asked to finish the game. They did not create anything for Duke nukem.

BTW I liked Duke Nukem

To be honest the Marine Campaign was the only thing really good about AVP.
