Hey guys, I keep having an issue where my custom decals have a blurry grey border around them and if you look closely, the pixels are distorted instead of being crisp.
It's not a problem with the image itself, it's something that Hammer keeps doing. I've look at the VTF several times and it looks the way it should there. Why does Hammer keep screwing it up?

Here's a picture to show you the issues I'm having. he border is clear as day. If you look closely, you'll notice the shades of green being blurred around the edge of were they meet.

I don't how this could have happened. I scaled them from their original 16 pixel size up to 64 pixels and had interpolation turned off in GIMP when I scaled it. It couldn't have blurred in the scaling process.
