The Pyro question.

Here, I'll set the record straight for everyone:

  • Noobs play one class exclusively and call other classes noob classes.
  • Pros learn all the classes and play well in any role.
So please, stop arguing over which classes are noob classes.

That being said, there is nothing wrong with calling all soldiers babies.

Hey now, I play solly almost exclusively. I'm somewhat of an "elitist" so I like to "practice" until I become the best. :P

As for other classes, I do agree that some unmentioned classes take less "skill" than others. But the reality is, every class in the game has it's role in a team. Just yesterday I was playing medic with Kazoo, and I never play medic, but we were dominating. :D

I think pyros are supposed to "counter" soldiers. But I don't have much issues with pyros. The only class that truely give me problems as a soldier are demos. They have less hp but take more rocket shots to kill than a pyro, and 1 pipebomb does over 50% of your health.

I honestly think tf2 requires less skill than tfc did. I remember spending countless hours playing mulch_dm solly vs. solly. Having to time nades really seperated the good sollys from the greats. Killing another solly by knocking him airborne and never letting him land was so fun, but required a lot of work. You dont see this in tf2.

On the same note, the medics in tf2 are so much easier than medics in tfc.

So yea, I think it's fun to smack talk other classes. As long as it's all fun, and everyone truely knows that every class takes "skill." Maybe not to play it good, but to be great. Just remember that no matter what class others play, every class has it's uses.

-end rant.

+1 internet for you sir.

I guess i should post the 4 dominations on you :P

Feel free if you happen to have any. My screenshot is just proof that you do have problems against pyros.

If you like, I could teach you how to be a better soldier vs pyros.
