Help with a problem

Seems there are issues going on with my username in BF2, can anyone help me with this please.

In game I am =(e)= Blackflag5 as Pancake was not available when installing the game :facewall:

But in stats I come up as a normal player ie no "e", this I find could be a disadvantage to me in the future, as i keep missing the cut for promotion.

Any known solutions??

I see two options.

First one is do what I did when my name was taken and just use a variation of the name. I use Tumblin635 in BF3.

Second option is just let BF leadership know so they can take note of the situation. I am sure you are not the only one. Just to name one I know that Sushi is RawFishOnRice.

The odds of people knowing that you are Blackflag will also increase with higher forum and vent participation. Good luck!

I am down as Pancake in Vent and on forums, it's the name I play under now in other games before BF2, I cannot keep changing my name just to suit the game surely.

I thought you might be talking about BF3 as I didn't realize eGO was represented in BF2!

I went to battlelog to add you as a friend but I noticed your account seems pretty inactive... 59s total time played?
Did you sign up for eGO membership within battlelog itself?

Again, sorry if I got it wrong and you really are playing BF2 I haven't gotten that to work on my computer for quite some time (beats me why), and now I'm just totally hooked on BF3.

Bad Company 2 is still definitely a really fun game. I think the GameMe stats were reset over night or something... They said something about it in the clan wide meeting last night but a lot of stuff just goes over my head, as you may have noticed

Ok, so apparently maybe the reset was for another game... I may change my name to CluelessRey, has a nice ring to it!

I am not aware of anyway to make the stats add the e in front of your name. It is not a big deal since we know your bc2 in game name. As for the stats reset to my knowledge that will only be for the source games since they are switching to gameme. Since we are already on gameme we should be fine. Also our stats were last reset on October 25.
