On 4/6/2012 we had our first official pvp event take place. In this event both sides came together to battle it out to determine who would be declared champion for both sides. Once we had a champion for both sides a 3v3 took place to determine which faction would claim the title of eGO champions for the month of April.

The winners of the event are below:

For the Empire Puppetmasta managed to beat Swagger in the final round to claim the championship title for the Empire side.

For the Republic Neero managed to beat Geronim in the final round to claim the championship title for the Republic side.

After a champion was declared both sides voted for 2 more brave souls to represent them in the 3v3 match. For the Empire side Puppetmasta, Swagger, and Oviduct were chosen to represent the Empire, while for the Republic side Neero, Geronim, and Bunny were chosen to represent the Republic.

After an intense 2 rounds of combat the Empire side managed to claim victory and gained for the month of April the title of Champions of eGO in Swtor.

Thought I would fix this for you Jake in which you should have said the following:

Lol geared vs geared and skilled vs skilled. Good job guys hope you all had fun and your all awesome!

The final battle didn’t come down to who had the better gear it came down to the chosen classes that represented both sides and both sides did extremely well and I am hopeful those who showed up had an awesome time at the event because I had one hosting it.

Oh sure just advertise to everyone my public shame... why dont ya put it in caps, big nice font and red letters while your at it lol

Seablade is right..we had a better group composition and thats what gave us a victory.. As you can see the republic team lacked any sort of tank
Bunny is a very good healer but she needed someone to guard her and taunt us so she could keep everyone alive

Was still alot of fun and im sure everyone enjoied themselves.
 
Everyone had a great time. I thought it was Competitive and fun to watch. Gratz to all involved.
 
I wish I could have been there to participate! Sounds like it was a blast!
 
Empire did better, so we Republic players must keep the good work training as we are right now and results will come in time. The important thing is that we all had fun.
 
Sounds like you guys had mad fun. Can't wait to see the progress everyone makes when we get together next month for Round Two!
 
Yeah, it was fun to watch and fun to last about 10 seconds against Swagger 1v1.
 
Lol I was just pulling ya'lls Chains. Haha hopefully I can make the next one too!
