I built it in March 2010. Haven't changed much except the video card. I see it lasting me another year or two easily.

i dont have a "gaming" computer, i have the computer that i use for school, and it can run tf2

The main hard drive is about 3 years old, everything else >1 year

I use to upgrade some parts in my computer, so, some parts are new and some parts are old. So I'm not 100% sure how old. :p

I play on a 4 year old Toshiba Qosmio Laptop! It still Preformes well but I only play DOD. I don't know how it would do on some of the newer games! LOL!
But it's cool loking with the flames on the top! LOL!!

3 and 4 years. DD whats with all of these computer questions?

it's just kind of interesting to see the stats on this.

I was surprised that roughly 50% of our members custom build their rigs, which is cool, something we should all do.

I'm not really surprised that the vast majority (so far) have indicated their rigs are less than 3 years old. This is a gaming community, and newer rigs allow one to do better.

My haf-x case 1year old
Motherboard,Cpu & ram 6months old
Video Card 1month old
PSU-not sure,I think 1year & 5months old

Mine is 6 years old, and working pretty good, except when it randomly shuts off, shoots my ping up to 600+, lags, freezes, fails to open files ect.

Other, as I tend to upgrade the parts that become outdated as new technologies come out.
