if your speaking of tactical aircraft maintence then you'll be with me - a crew chief (laymens term) trust me, as a crew chief - you'll either want to be a pilot more - or come to despise them all together. its something we'd have to discuss outside of the forums for me to really convey it to you. to tell you what being a crew cheif really is.

Yes that's what I meant. It seems like a hard job, but it seems like the knowledge you gain is pretty rewarding. I guess it's just your attitude towards it and your interests.
 
Was gonna join the navy/airforce, but my parents didn't let me join early so I never went for it.. Now I'm just in college , kind of making second choices but I don't know.
 
I wanted to be a fighter pilot, but the recruiter said I couldn't.
 
In France, we don't have to go there ^^ but in Korea, its a least 2years and half if i remember XD

Been thinking about joining the Army and becoming an armor crew member, but as per usual, no one supports me in that idea...-_-
 
A few years (hah) served so far, United States Army, Military Police. Served overseas, various tours as: a Close Protection Officer, Presidental detail, G20 Summit in S. Korea, Liaison to Secret Service, rotations with SF and others. Almost done, destroyed both knees on an operation 2 years ago.

Currently stationed as a patrolman/OJT Instructor
