Low FPS in League of Legends?

By turning Shadows off you can get 20+ FPS increase. :S

I've got max fps with everything on full, but good to know for lower spec machines

oh thx a lot~ In mac it's so slow... that i use Bootcamp to play LoL... And When i play CSS i'm much better on windows... don't know why... xD

Umm not trying to be rude here, but dont you think anyone whos having FPS problems first instinct would be to lower the video settings?
