CSS Crash

Hai Guys,
My CSS is crashing everytime I try to connect to a server. It will load to the last loading block thingy then crash, or if the server is empty it will connect me then crash when I shoot a window or box it will crash. I have verified my game cache multiple times and reinstalled the game 3 times. I am on a Mac running 10.6.8 and my Steam client is up to date. It's super annoying and I would super appreciate anyone who can fix this. :)

Are your vid card drivers up to date? Are you having issues with other games or only CSS. Have you made any hardware or software changes around when issue started happening?

This probably isn't the problem, but do you have Steam Cloud enabled? If you reinstall the game and it's enabled it will go ahead and download everything you deleted.

Also if you can somehow get a log of what the console was saying right as it crashed (or right after it starts up?) that might help.
 
Hordor: I am on a laptop and everywhere I check it's up-to-date. I tried running TF2 but it froze on the startup screen. I got srcds optimized for Mac right before the issue started, so I can only imagine that is the problem. Kyuki: Yessir I did. Pickles: I will try disabling steam cloud ye reinstalling. The crash log changes everytime it crashes, like it gives me a different error code; plus it is like 3 trillion characters long...
