Promotion and recruiting opportunities...

eGO community,

I was just wondering how promotions are given out and if it's done quarterly or annually? I've been extremely active in the HS server for well over two years and have been trying to recruit some quality pub players as well. I just wanted to know what else I could be doing to get a potential promotion? I try and join vent as much as possible and also go out of my way to befriend as many eGs and eGOs as possible. Any advice would be appreciative. Thank you. Over and out.

Take it from me, who used to be in your position: Go into servers and try to hold up the rules as best as you can, go into Ventrilo and get yourself noticed, and all around have fun. And, above all else, play on eGO's Global Offensive servers.

We do not do promotion lists anymore, so they are given out randomly to players who leadership deem are ready to be promoted.

Just be active in ventrilo, the forums, and obviously the servers. If you do these, a promotion should be in order soon.

Go to events, vent, recruit, don't ask for it, ect...

How / when will I be promoted

Promotions are based on maturity. If you follow the eGO rules, and actively participate in the community and events, a promotion will come with time.

There is no time slot when leadership gives promotion, or when a member is promoted. When leadership feels there are worthy people of promotions, they will promote them to a higher rank.

Be active in vent, be nice and friendly, obey all rules and show that in the server, come to events, come to recruiting drives (hint: both our Division Leader's used to be Recruiting Advisors so they obviously like recruiting!!!!!) , and yeah just make friends with people. You're here to have fun first and if you just happen to get promoted then good for you!!
