i spent almost 15 years totally consumed by the role playing types of games. Now i stay away from them at all cost...

I stick to the FPS games now. Jump in for a quick game or four, then back out.
 
All of the above. I like FPS but I have always had a wide section of my heart dedicated to MMO's like GW1&2.
 
I do a little bit of everything. I get bored fast if i have to do things over and over without a good result.
 
I like FPS and MMORPG but i voted for Fantasy and stuff, i have a lot more fun there than raging on TF2 or CS:S
 
I seem to be having the most fun in Rhythm Games these days. Like Rhythm Heaven on my DS and now osu! witch was just recently introduced to me. Action/FPS/RPGs come close after that but I seem to rage quit to much in those games now.
 
I really enjoy MMO's as well as Medieval RPG games, but I've spent more time and enjoyed myself more playing FPS games.
 
Visual novels, rhythm games (osu!, Hatsune Miku project diva, etc etc)

There is actually quite a few game types I enjoy: adventure games, visual novels, rhythm games, first person shooters and JRPGs.
 
I have been playing either CS, DOD, or TFC since 2002, actually before Steam even came to be.
