Contents of crate come in Strange Variants:
Short Circuit
Rocket Jumper
Sticky Jumper
Fan of War
Gunboats
Chance for unusual rare item
 
Some if those weapons would actually be really cool if they, for instance, counted rocket jumps instead of kills…

I must agree with you here. You never mess with the Sticky Jumper and less when you have a bottle/pan/eyelander/axe on your mouth :thumbup:

Im sorry to pop your bubble into tiny little pieces but Short Circuit is uselles, if my dog missed 2 legs and 1 eye he would be more usefull than that crap :laugh:
 
This would actually have a good stranges.
Rocket/sticky jumper:Distance traveled(say 1,000 meters is equivalent to one kill, making 85,000,000 meters to get hales own, not really that hard XD
Short Circuit:Numbers of projectiles destroyed
Fan of war:# of kills or assists while he was under the effect of the mark of death
Gunboats:Amount of damage saved from rocket jumping. 1000 damage is equivalent to one kill

If you can add stuff that doesn't count kills(medi-guns, sappers, and holiday punch(it counts critical laughs) then why not add more with even more custom named ranks?) In other words, ADD THESE

It's somewhat useful. Just really situational.

The most practical use would be to remove sticky traps, but even then you're an engie. You'll be managing your buildings a lot.
