Forum Signature

Hey artists,

I'd like to get a new forum signature done. Nothing too fancy, but preferably with a transparent background, not one of the rectangular ones with the 1 pixel border around it. I'd like a mix of the TF2 Scout and Doctor Who, preferably the 11th Doctor, or Matt Smith, or a Dalek.

I like it a lot, but the rustic metal background isn't my style. Perhaps a background more along these lines, not necessarily gray.
