Why would you want to do water maps? Do you know how much it sucks to run around in soaked combat boots? Think of the blisters!

Not all events that are suggested are put into rotation immediately, and each one is also compared to previous events. This is done so that the events are not all the same and things don't become stale. If you sent either one of them ideas it will take time before any action is taken on them.
