quaffer has finally joined vent

when i was on my strole around vent my eyes came across a very unusual sighting.. an advisor under the name Quaffer (aka the slightly exalted poo bah)

Could still be a shopped video.

But not really surprised by this thread - Seen Quaffer in ventrilo a few times in the past..although mainly just for Orientations.. >.<
