Hey guys! I'm Wize from the TF2 Division! I was thinking about purchasing DoD:S! Is it any good? Also! Does it have hats?

No hats haha. Great game however. It may be dated and plays like the original DoD, but well worth it!

DoD is awesome. It is similar to TF2 in a way because you respawn every 10 seconds by default. It also has different classes like TF2.

It would be a wize decision. Day of defeat is awesome because it is noob friendly at least more so than cs and gives you ample opportunity to learn in the way of respawns while also scaling with skill really well.

I love DOD. It is fast paced arcade style game, if you like TF2 you might like DOD, but it is more brutal than TF2 and a bit more fast paced, it is more like an old-skooL kind of an FPS game.

Well, the Americans have the M1 while the Germans have the Stahlhelm, that goes for hats.

Wize, I played with you for a few minutes in Kalt this evening. Welcome! First, you should add all 5 of our servers to your fav's. We have a lot of members and pub regulars that frequent each, and it would help you to determine where you have fun the most. Also, we have events most of the week held in the events server, those are always fun and all are welcome... usually the game will change a bit and we use other interesting maps. Other than that, settle in and throw bullets with us!

As well, I have played this game for almost 3 years now... I just passed 3300 hours on this account, and I have an old one that I dont use anymore with about 1400 hours on it. (for all servers, but many in eGO ones) All in all, I should play better than I do.... My point is, this game does not get old for me. The better you get, the more you want to play it. (Probably true for most games)

Another plus is the members and regular pubs. I really enjoy playing in our servers:thumbup:
