Help me brainstorm an event I'll pay for it
Yea I?m doing another bribe the event team to get an event made thing. This time I?m including you all in it so it should be a bit more fun than the dueling event I sponsored a few months back.
I?m taking Lyra?s idea and crowdsourcing for a good event setup to propose to Kazoo and the rest of the event team. If you have not heard the idea its simply giving out Premium Upgrades to F2Pers, but where is the fun in giving items away where we can make them compete for it?
I would like this to be a monthly event, something that can be done easily and would help show off our F2P members. For this event I am prepared to put down an initial investment of about 10 of these items so that should be enough to make this event a thing for a while. Think I should say something about rules, green hair and my neglect for my own money right here.
Kazoo stated that she would support the even if it was for the EGO community only so it is members only invitation but it could also be used to help get new members if we want to attract some of the F2P crowd.
This is my current idea but I doubt it?s the best that can be thought of so please propose your own idea and/or help further refine an idea that someone else has shared. If we get multiple good ones I?ll spring in for more so we can hold multiple events or switch it up every month.
Monthly video contest: Have the community vote on videos recorded by the F2Pers competing that months who showing off a specific theme for that month. Kill cam deaths, credit to team, funny death the list could go on. First half of the months the videos get sent to the event team and they post the list at the second half of the month where we all can vote for the one we think best goes with the months theme. End of the month the winner is announced and the prize is given.
