Recruiting is a key aspect in every division here at edge-gamer's. I have respect and love the recruitment field because anyone can do it and it drastically helps out the division. That said, there are no better times to recruit than the recruitment drives. Last Thursday, the recruitment drive was cancelled for lack of attendants. We also have not yet made our recruitment goal for this month. So I invite you to the last recruitment drive of February. This is our chance to make the final push and meet our recruitment goal, so I highly encourage everyone to attend. We will hang out, chat, get recruits, and have a good time, all the while helping out the division.

*IMPORTANT* Any =(e)= or =(eG)= looking to get noticed, recruiting is one of the absolute best ways to get promoted. This is all the more reason to attend.

In a lot of cases if you attempt to recruit someone they will say no. Just because they do not want to join eGO when you ask them doesn't mean you should give up though! Like jeremy said, Wize did put up a guide for recruiting so you should definitely take a look at it, sometimes the best recruiting strategy is to plan for the long term, add the player to your friends list, keep them active on our servers when you both are playing, and eventually convince them to join!

I've been trying to recruit someone for the past few days, but have found the process cumbersome and confusing for the recruit. Not to mention, the fact that they usually hop on during the little time they have to play that night, to distract them with filling out forms and verifications seems rude. After going through the process myself I know it's fairly simple, but I am having difficulty walking people through it in a timely fashion. Any tips on maybe how I should switch up my approach?

My Average time to recruit someone and help them with the application process takes less than 7-8 mins. That's also with introduction, telling them what eGO has to offer, and explaining any questions that they may have. If you have some time and ventrilo, I may help you with any questions or thing you may have.
