Second, and this has been said before, if you are alone on our server with no G or O level admins, you are our first line of defense. You may warn an offender for breaking the rules. Remember to be polite and professional when warning. Please and Thank You go a long way.

Please do not destroy team vehicles, it is considered griefing.
Please be respectful to all players while on eGO servers

Those are just a couple examples of good warnings. Usually a warning is enough to keep people in line.

Stay level-headed no matter what dialog / action is coming from a persistent troublemaker. Please, find a G or O level admin if they persist and the admin will proceed appropriately. This does two things: You are following the chain of command in handling problems, reflecting good on YOU. As well, it keeps the gaming environment top-notch; after all it is that environment that attracted you to eGO in the first place. Right?

yeah I would say getting onto vent if you have someone screwing around is the best way to grab an admin. It has worked well for me in the past.

It really does. I've seen some servers where the admins are commanding and bossy and they never get their way and end up being called "names" by other players on their server

Battlelog and Steam are good places to add G's and O's who can come help out when needed (Quelecha/Squirtle)
