This evening, I went with a friend from school and her friend from California who had been staying with her and saw Oz the Great and Powerful (Side note: great movie, typical predictable Disney; 7/10). Before I describe how the night went, let me describe to you the condition of my car. I drive a 2001 Ford Mustang. Red, sleek, beautiful...but old. This thing has a list of problems that we have been steadily fixing ever since we got it. Recently, the starter went out so when I went to go start the car that morning, nothing would happen. After we got that fixed, everything worked fine and I was able to drive without (much) worry. Now lets skip ahead to what happened tonight at the movies; On the way to pick the two girls up, everything was fine as well as on the way to the theater. After the movie, we walked out and got in but when I turned the key, Lo and Behold...!, Nothing happened. As I sat there, embarrassed, I called my brother in law who is a phenomenal mechanic and asked him to come help me out of this unfortunate turn of events. When he got there he literally just wiggled a wire and it started right up. So, not only have I entertained my two friends for the night (no innuendos intended), I also had the "honor" of adding yet another problem to the list of my car. Its an old car but its mine and I love it <3. (Nuke, Don't you dare say 'Its because its a Ford!'...You either Anni.)
Anyways, my point here is has anyone else had something similar to this happen to them and are willing to share? I bet you guys have some pretty good stories (Those of you that drive).
