Total Troll Trundle

So i just watched the champion spotlight for Trundle remake, and i noticed one thing. they didn't change anything except the look of his skills(from junk to ice). unless im not seeing something, all they are doing is re-animating trundle. troll riot strikes again:mad:
 
From what I heard a large reason why they changed sejuani and trundle up was because players didn't like their lore. So they tried to fix it by putting it into this ice thing. I think it is weird too but idk(really all I can say). Time to start complaining to riot again.

they did change a lot with sej tho. making her less perma slow and more tank.
 
so..
trundle goes from being a martyr for his people..to being a brute con-artist... >.>..
 
I hate that they removed the awesome laugh from him. :( Good thing I can still choose the vanilla one. I hope the laugh is still there on that one.... D=
 
they play the same as old trundle and sejuani but thy're alot better and actually fit into the meta now
 
I seriously preferred filthy Trundle. Too bad I can't get the skin because I didn't buy Trundle earlier..
 
personally i prefer the re-works just because the effects look cooler and Trundle looks more menacing, before he just looked fithy
 
Trundle might look more "menacing" now, but he looks and sounds less like a troll. :(

depends on your version of what a troll should look and sound like. the trolls in the hobbit look nothing like trundle, so who's to say what one should look like? but then, what's your version of a troll? im curious now

It's not more how they look like. It's more how they act and present themselves in other ways. Like you said, the trolls in Hobbit and LoTR are way different.

The image of a troll Trundle had was of a mischievous character who went around wherever, did what he wanted and laughed his ass off while doing it. I guess you can say he also had some of an everyday troll on the Internet in him. I just can't play Trundle the same way anymore without spamming his laugh anymore. It's just not as fun anymore. :(

ahh makes sense now and i will agree his laugh is pretty weird even for a troll. too bad you dont like playing him now :( maybe you'd grow to like him?
 
I just checked. Luckily all the old voice files are with the classic Trundle skin. I can still laugh my ass off!
 
Trundle was changed actually. They removed the tenacity from his E and changed his ult to deal 20/24/28% max hp(magic) damage and his Q reduces the enemies AD now too.
