new autobalancer on "all pop" server bf3

Hi,

not sure I like the new autobalancer.
It makes it very very hard to switch teams. Either to help out the loosing team or to play with friends. In fact, it makes it sometimes impossible to play with friends
(experience from other servers who seem to run the same plugin)

Does it help balance the teams better than before?

I've noticed a big difference in skill/ranks per team.. It has been balancing a lot lately, and refusing people from joining the Winning team. Sucks... About the whole not being able to play with your friends...
