Isn't it against eGO rules not to have your ingame name match your forum name if you are wearing your tags??? Also, if we take off our tags our admin will stop working.

This has been approved by DoD:S leadership, for the short time that this will be taking place you are allowed to alter your name. Also, we aren't asking you to take your tags off, just change the first letter in your name.

Negative Ghostrider. You are assigned a maul pin on the forums, but that maulpin would work for any name using your STEAMID. The server has all the maul pins stored with corresponding steamids. Once you log into the eGO server, your autoexec.cfg file is loaded. The server sees the set_info line containing your maul pin and looks for a matching maul pin under your steam id that it has stored. If there is a match, you will have admin. Also, I just tested this and =(eGO)= Dufio still had admin powers on peter pANZIO.
