Need help on PC upgrade.

that 721 is the total for every parts listed above.
the psu is only $60 @570 watt. i am not going to spend 200 at gigabyte psu. and i dont think i can get a corsair psu at here though and shipping it from overseas would be extremely risky. things tends to go "missing" if you buy something from overseas. that is why i am kinda stuck at this store.
the pre-built came with a gigabyte setto ii 142 chassis. i am still considering about the hdd, take the 500gb or 1tb. any advice?

If you dont plant downloading alot of games...cough...steam...cough 500gb will do

What country are you in? There has got to be some type of online computer part store where you could find comparable parts to see if you are getting a decent quote. Newegg is just what we use here in the States.

I live in Indonesia. Tanjungpinang to be exact, Google Maps if you'd like to know where it is. My location is close with Singapore but going there just to buy PC parts will be expensive.
Yes there is online shop which sells computer parts but not all of them are actually trustworthy. -_-
