Try and use only one champion to start with and look for guides on youtube or the internet.

After that, try and go into other champions and go into more advanced tactics

To be honest, the Summoner's Code is a good read on the NA website. The guides on there are also not bad

play intermediate bots, find a build that works for you, or if you dont know how to build then go look up a build guide, watch the champion spotlights because they explain the champion, and just practice.

Set goals, and practice playing to meet those goals.

Lanes: "I will have 100cs at 20 minutes excluding kills." Are you consistently doing this? -> 125cs -> 150cs and so on.

Support: "I will always have enough mana to remain a threat (unless after an engagement)" or "I will try and keep the enemy adc under 125cs at 20 minutes by having strong presence, auto attacking him, etc"

Jungle: "I will keep times on my buffs as well as good estimates on the enemy jungler. I will use this information to predict his location and gank elsewhere or counter gank where he is."
