Well Premium is a season pass which gives you all the Expansion Packs for a cheaper price than buying it one by one.

If you get Premium which is $30 currently on Origin meanwhile buying the expansions for $15 each, one by one is $75 in total. So you'll save $45 which alone makes it worth it.
