Bad Company 2 Problem with =(e)= Clan Tag

Greetings troops,

I'm new in the community, do not know if it was added in Battlefield Division, joined as a member of the Division DayOfDefeat, accepted in MC Division too.

I'm having problems connecting to servers BC2 community, if I put clantag "=(e)=" in my NickName server simply disconnects me, the choice screen class, not allowing me to play.
But if I "relogin" without clantag can normally play, including the game very HeavyMetal server.

Would you like an information or assistance as I procceder to get into the server with clantag community!

Hello there, Keller!

After you type in your account login information, you should see a screen like this:

Soldier Login

Throw your =(e)= clan tag up in the top blank instead of the actual soldier name.

I did it!
Tagged with can not play on the server!
Without Tag game quietly!
Does not any blockage that I have put the tag without the knowledge of the Admins?
I'll test again tonight!

Is there a certain server that you cannot play on because of the clan tag? Also what system are you on PC, PS3, Etc?

My BC2 runs in Origin Account!
Without the clantag can normally play!

The problem is in EGO HeavyMetal Conquest server!

What if you remove the two filters 'Not Full' and ' Not Empty' and then open the all servers tab? Any different?

Yes, i removed! i cant play! i can connect but in "class selection" i will be disconected from the server, likes punkbuster or firewall blocks the connection!
but if i remove the tag, i conect! likes last image!

He got it by creating another soldier, logging into the server with said soldier then logging out and back in with the original soldier.
