Whenever i let my pc idle for over 30mins, weird things happen. Origin keeps on rebooting itself and keeps asking for me to log back in and its and endless cycle. MSI afterburner does not open. Speedfan shuts down. Itunes closes out randomly. When I alt tab out of a source game, the game closes on me and i can't open it for another 5 mins. All of this has been going on for the past month or so.

sounds like its time for a clean fresh install.
you may also try Ccleaner.. its is 1 of my favorite cleaning tools, been using it for close to 7 years now. DL it, at install, let it install every component that is check marked. Run the cleaner portion... usually if a pc has never been cleaned, there will be 1000's of MB of unneeded old data. Then run the reg cleaner part, as it is default set.... again, a pc that has never been reg cleaned will have 100's of bad registry entries. I would say with my experience with Ccleaner, it is THE best free to use program out there.

I would also suggest using Defraggler... also from Piriform.com. Defraggler is a comprehensive defragment program for all of your HDD's(do not defrag SSD's)... it has a lot of nice features, such as Boot Time Defrag, real time disk health and temp.. it even has an integrated Benchmark tool for HHD speeds. After cleaning your C: drive, I would recommend running a defrag on the drive.
