I'm so glad you asked! It's a word I created with my sister (yes while drinking, HONORBOUND, so?!?!) and we've used it ever since. It means that you're frustrated. For example, when you're trying to derp in egypt and a close friend *coughsanctifiedcough* kills you to the point of domination, it would be appropriate to yell "Blerdeeder!" at him.
I did say it to Sanctified one night while drinking with Tomain and he thought it was funny.
