It is very similar to Pandemic, but Plague Inc. seems to have improved on Pandemic 2.5. Whether this makes it a ripoff or a refinement of the original is up for debate.

Neurax is REALLY fun.

I honestly prefer the games where rather than playing as the bacteria/virus/prion/what have you, you actually play as someone trying to cull the infection as it spreads.
