I did the same thing myself, It might be a good idea to hook yourself up with a schedule. Just train a little harder on way day and take the next day off. It works just fine for me. It's really important for your muscles to be able to heal and rest.

Yeah im usually good about it i really just trained hard to do the spartan race in Las Vegas

Mmm im thinking about going to the gym, but with my work i almost cant.
I work from 05:00 till 17:00/18:00 and i go to bed at 22:00/23:00 than i got 4 hours for dinner etc afministration my gf or friends , but still thinking about going 2/3 dayd a week maybe or weekends.

Don't let video games affect your gym time. Going to the gym will help you in the long run.

I started running a lot but I set aside time to play CS and other games (as long as it didn't interfere with school time). But, I've ended up focusing on school and running more. There's always time, later on, to play video games :)

I echo this sentiment. I've found that I feel better about playing video games if I go for a jog first.

naw, its simple really... just install a laptop on the dash of a treadmill. you can briskly walk while shooting people in the face. Problem solved. You're welcome.

Usually sleep or being lazy stops me from going lol

No. Gym > Video games. I do an upper body day, leg day, followed by a rest day on a consistent loop. This puts me in the gym 4 to 5 days a week for about an hour+ of workout time and about 2 hours per gym day round trip time.

It is definitely worth missing out on video games to do it. It is also the single reason I have trouble scheduling recruiting drives/classes on weeknights because I just don't have time between school and working out.

To be honest, it might sound goofy but having a written schedule that you can at least sort of base your week off of helps! (I know personally). Going to the gym three times a week and hitting arms/chest one day, days rest, leg day (Can easily have it's own day), day off then hit cardio and whatever else you'd like. I do this working 40 hours and I still have a decent amount of time for gaming and other shenanigans!

Then again Q-Tip's idea is ideal =P

I need some of yalls motivation. I have a Tough Mudder coming up on May 3rd and I haven't ran since last year!

Any sort of motivation comes mainly from you wanting to work out, imo. You need to have the desire to get in shape (or in your case, practice) and go out and do what you need to do to get in shape.

Well a good pre workout could help u with that motivation problem but Terror is right u need to want to get in shape and improve yourself. I just did the Spartan Race is Vegas that was rough id get to training man!!!
