Dude yes this explains so much. This always happens to me when I'm using vehicles with explosive rounds against infantry. I was just never smart enough to figure it out like this clever British chap. I just thought it was networking issues or something.

Well, that sure explains why the nades would drift so oddly at times. I saw it quite often, but never noticed the correlation between that and dead bodies... go figure.

Its a bad bug , but the fact that no one noticed it before means it probably wasn't nearly as common as people claim it to be.

The situations that seem favorable to it seem to be in the vein of tank a camps a corridor , kills initial wave , and then the people behind the initial casualties get a death shield.

You would need to be really static for this to affect you more than a handful of times in a play session.

For as bad as this bug sounds, and no one has noticed it until now, I'd say chipmunk is right. Its weird and I'm not saying it shouldn't be fixed but I don't see it as a reason to stop playing or something.

that hitbox is the box medics need for their defibs, but in this case, not only the defibs use them...

I understand that but the rigid body / hit box should change phase when something is considered as dead, sneaky bug but its easily removable.

I agree. I'm not one of those people who just boycotts a game because of a bug. If you have fun playing it, then keep playing it and let the people do their job and fix it.
