Not a good deal, stores always sell for profit, making this computer would cost a lot less if you knew what you were doing.
The processor is fine, a bit slower then the Intel Core i7 4770k (popular processor)
Ram is bad, but will be fine for the games you play
2tb hard drive is plenty, the fact that it didn't come with an ssd is depressing
windows 8.1, Do not like
Stock graphics card is bad, but not for the amount of ram you have.
1 microphone slot at the back, meh. Good if all you're using is a mic but if you start using more then one device, it'll be a hassle to constantly unplug and replug everything
460W power supply is alright for what is in the computer
consider uninstalling Pinger; HP Support Assistant; CyberLink PhotoDirector; HP Connected Music, unless you decide to use them.
All and all, the computer is alright, much better then your previous one, you'll definitively enjoy this one a lot better. From someone who casually plays video games in their off-time, this computer is perfect for you for the next 2-3 years.
Looking at this, I could make a better computer for around 700. If you're planning on getting a better computer in the near future for some reason, I'd recommend learning how computers work, and how beneficial it is to know how to construct and maintain a computer. It'll save you a lot of money in the long run.
