Not really. It's actually shorter than a .50 BMG round if it's actually 4 inches long, but I assume they have their facts wrong as the EXACTO round is supposed to be based off the .50 BMG.

It should fit in any normal .50 caliber rifle (McMillan, M82, AWP), and its range is about what's expected.

It's a normal large sniper rifle bullet, with hax. Imagine if someone combined the rocket launcher from HL2 and an AWP. That's basically what this bullet is.
