Snowplow to be plowed for good.

As many of you can probably imagine, with the lack of interest in the 24/7 Snowplow server we will be removing it from our listing. But it will not be changed to something else at this time, rather the server will be completely removed for the time being.

Along with this news, I would like to remind everyone that Egypt is currently at risk of following suit with the Snowplow server, but as of late I have all faith in this division to keep it an active server and continually rise in its popularity.

Don't worry though, if we can continue to grow our division for the future there is no limit on how many servers we support! With that being said, I hope we have 100 servers one day, and get playing!

We've learned our lesson with alpha/beta maps as 24/7 servers already, anyway.

As for Egypt, I know we're able to pick it back up and bring its rankings up higher. Because if Egypt goes, well... I go. We got dis :0

We used to have 3 2Fort servers. Perhaps we will again. Or 1 6Fort server. That could work too.

I hate to say it but I think having fewer servers will make our other servers a little better quality, by having more attention to the popular ones.

I definitely think there could be some truth to this, at least for the time being. If we get all the existing servers where they are packed full all the time and people are complaining they can't get on to play (wooo!), then we just add another server. Simple as that.

The reason we're gaining new members and holding on to regulars is because of our less popular servers like Foundry and Egypt. Foundry has spawned competitive teams from the long-time regulars, Egypt is loved by so many members and regulars alike.

Who knows how many 2Fort, Hightower, and Dustbowl servers are floating around TF2? I'd guess thousands, almost all exactly the same. People who like a certain somewhat obscure community-created map like Egypt will be attracted to a server that's actually populated running the map 24/7 (ours). That's a major benifit for recruiting.

I'd never want to see us with only our popular servers. We all know fun's our priority, but it doesn't seem like it is with all of our servers being snatched. Even CS:S is stripped down to the lame old Dust2, Office, and Italy combo. I'd guess over half of the members joined through the Highschool or Jail server, both of which are gone, along with Minigames.

We all need to push to save Egypt and Foundry, because if some big cheese really wants to chop one of our most beloved servers because it's "at risk", then we better step it up

Overall I feel like if we're going to have to remove a server it wold have to be Egypt sadly. I think we need to focus more on our popular servers and then focus on our niche servers as while we might get more recruits we'll probably have the same luck in recruiting with our popular servers if you can do it correctly.
