Hey guys! The EC team has been working very hard these past couple of weeks and we have a ton of news we want to share with you all. Getting right into it, we have been reworking old events to make them even better than before, working on a daily basis to create new events and spending time to test these events. A lot of this testing also took place on our CS:GO event server! We have two CS:GO events planned for this Friday and Saturday both at 9PM EST and I will get to those in just a bit. Depending on how well these events do, we also have a few other really neat events in the making for not only CS:S and CS:GO, but TeamSpeak as well!
Before I go another further, I would like to take a moment to thank three awesome people who stepped up to help us with this revamp SevenOh!, Soul_of_a_Sinner, and population7 have all been such a huge help since they joined the team a few weeks ago and played such a large role in helping us during this time. I would like everyone to take a moment to congratulate them on becoming an EC and thanking them, as well as the rest of the EC team for all of their hard work!
The first event I would like to announce, on CS:GO, is going to be a Last Man Standing event this Friday at 9PM EST! Last Man Standing is a simple, fun, and competitive event that many people love attending. The rules are simple. Get a kill to advance to the next round and be eliminated if you die without getting a kill or fail to get a kill at all. There will be multiple rounds played until we have those elite winners battle it out in the finale for prizes beyond your tamest dreams! The next event of the weekend I would like to announce is our CS Division Scrim event. This is a full casual-competitive style event where members with all ranges of experience can come together for a massive scrim with their fellow eGO members. The scrim will be score by rounds and the first team to win 16 rounds will be the winner! And don't worry about switching sides, the plugin will take care of that for you!
