So this is being done much, much later than it should have, and than I wanted it to be done. With the roster lock quickly approaching Tuesday, the competitive team is looking for subs for the end of the season, and we're coming to YOU GUYS! Since I believe in giving a straight truth, I'll put this out there right now. These tryouts will more than likely be sloppy and a bit rushed, and may be unfair in some way or another, but we'll try our best to make it fair and make our best judgement on the results. Currently, we're looking for the following sub positions:
The following are MOST OPTIMAL in helping us decide as well:
The way tryouts are going to be work is honestly, definitely not the greatest, but hopefully it'll do. Play with members of the team while they're on in the servers and on TF2Center. Also play lobbies and PM me your logs.tf from each lobby you play up until Sunday night. Results will be posted at some time Monday, and those people will receive a PM with instructions to join the team on the UGC site before the roster locks.
I will not be available for contact most of the time from Saturday-Wednesday morning, so I wish everyone the best.
Please post in this thread with what position you are trying to substitute for.

On to another note, I want YOUR input on the possibility of a highlander team. Highlander is a competitive format with nine players on a team, each representing a different class. I believe we potentially have a pool of players who would be willing to pick up a new class and learn it to play it well, as well as a pool of players for starters. These people would have to be dedicated though to scrimming and learning maps. We had a strong highlander team many seasons ago, and I want to know if there's enough support in the division to start another up again. Thoughts?
